Q. What if I have a computer problem and need someone to come out and fix it, but I'm not very technical?

A. When we create a Work Order requesting service, please describe the problem you are experiencing and provide as much detail as possible in the 'scope of work' area. If possible, include information such as error messages, the name of the computer application, program, or component, and the nature of the difficulty. Generally, the more information you provide, the more effective evaluation the technician can make in assessing the job requirements.
