We Reach Out
RAM-Tech contacts your referral directly. We introduce ourselves, learn about their business, and take it from there. You never have to be the middleman.
They Sign, You Get Paid
When your referral signs a qualifying managed IT services agreement and completes their first 30 days, your reward is issued. Existing clients receive a bill credit. Non-clients receive a Visa gift card.
What You Earn
Your reward is based on the monthly recurring revenue of the managed services agreement your referral signs. Here is how it breaks down:

Not a Current RAM-Tech Client?
No problem. Anyone can submit a referral. If you are not currently on a RAM-Tech managed plan, your reward is issued as a $500 Visa gift card (or $250 for mid-tier qualifying agreements) rather than a bill credit. Gift cards are delivered digitally or by mail within 15 business days of your referral’s 30-day mark on their plan.
If you become a RAM-Tech managed client yourself down the road, future referral rewards will automatically convert to bill credits on your account.
Eligibility and Program Rules
- Referrals must be a net new business with no active or prior RAM-Tech agreement within the last 12 months.
- The reward applies only when the referred business signs a managed IT services agreement on the Elite or Premium Unlimited Remote plan.
- The full $500 reward requires a minimum monthly recurring revenue of $500 or more on the signed agreement.
- Agreements between $250 and $499 MRR qualify for a $250 reward.
- Agreements below $250 MRR do not qualify for a reward.
- Rewards are issued after the referred client’s first invoice clears and their 30-day mark on the plan is reached.
- Project work, block time, and one-time services do not qualify regardless of dollar amount.
- Existing RAM-Tech clients receive rewards as bill credits applied to their next invoice.
- Non-clients receive rewards as Visa gift cards delivered within 15 business days of the 30-day mark.
- Bill credits are not redeemable for cash.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit. Each qualifying referral earns its own reward.
- RAM-Tech PC Solutions reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time.
