What services should a reliable IT provider offer?

At minimum:

  • Cybersecurity protection
  • Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace management
  • Data backup and disaster recovery
  • Compliance support (HIPAA, FINRA, etc.)
  • On-site and remote tech support
  • Network and Wi-Fi setup
  • 24/7 live-answer service to escalate urgent issues to on-call staff

If your provider doesn’t cover these areas, you could be leaving your business exposed.
