At minimum:
- Cybersecurity protection
 - Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace management
 - Data backup and disaster recovery
 - Compliance support (HIPAA, FINRA, etc.)
 - On-site and remote tech support
 - Network and Wi-Fi setup
 - 24/7 live-answer service to escalate urgent issues to on-call staff
 
If your provider doesn’t cover these areas, you could be leaving your business exposed.
